Terms and conditions of Loyalty Card Program

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • The Program Organizer is the company: SALUS - Human Resources Management Sp. z o.o. Pl. Powstańców Śl. 17A/222, 53-329 Wrocław
  • The program is directed towards clients who are willing to benefit from discount prices for accommodations in a national apartment’s brand Sun Seasons 24.

II. NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN THE PROGRAM

  • The person who is willing to benefit from Loyalty Card has to have at least one booking made in Sun Seasons 24 apartments and fill in the Registration Form, which is attached to the Terms and Conditions file.
  • After signing the Registration Form the user of Loyalty Card accepts regulations included in Terms and Conditions.
  • The user gives his/her consent to storing and processing of the personal data by the Program Organizer solely in advertising and marketing purposes.
  • Loyalty Card user agrees to receive commercial information about services and products of the Program Organizer via e-mail address given in the application form.
  • The user of Loyalty Card has to be an adult.
  • The Loyalty Card is issued by the Sun Seasons 24 representative and is valid permanently starting from the issue day.

III. PROGRAM OPERATING PROCEDURES

  • The user of Loyalty Card is eligible to have 5% discount on accommodation services according to actual rates.
  • The requirement to be a part of Loyalty Card Program is to book online via web page www.zarezerwuj-apartament.pl or www.sunseasons24.pl or via phone (Customer Service Sun Seasons 24, phone number: +48 668 402 000). The user has to fill in his/her name and Loyalty Card number in the ‘Notes” section, or to give the number via phone conversation.
  • Loyalty Card discount does not merge with other discounts.
  • The discount is not retroactive.
  • The user of Loyalty Card may be asked to give his/her identity card in order to verify.

IV. LOYALTY CARD EXPIRATION DATE

  • Loyalty Card is valid permanently.
  • The Program Organizer has the right to cancel the card in case of general procedures change without giving the reason.
  • The Program Organizer reserves the right to end the ‘Loyalty Card Program’ in any time without giving a reason.
